Who we are
KSV Accounting & Taxation Consultants is a proprietorship consultancy based in Gurugram, Haryana, founded by Kailash Vashisht (B.Com, MBA Finance). We work with proprietors, partnership firms, LLPs, private limited companies, professionals and online marketplace sellers.
What we do
Our core work is GST: registration, monthly returns, input tax credit reconciliation with GSTR-2B, e-invoicing and e-way bills, notices and appeals. Alongside it we handle income tax and TDS, bookkeeping in Tally, company and LLP compliance, part-time CFO support, and licences such as FSSAI, IEC, Shop Act, factory licence and CLU.
We also do a large amount of work for e-commerce sellers on Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Amazon, Meesho and Limeroad, turning marketplace sales and returns reports into accurate GST returns and Tally entries.
How we work
- Every client has one point of contact who knows their file.
- Each client has a WhatsApp group for documents and updates, so requests are answered quickly.
- Returns are reconciled with books and portal data before they are filed.
- Deadlines and what we need from you are communicated in advance.
Where we work
Our office is in Gurugram. We serve clients across Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh. Most work is completed online, and clients are welcome to visit the office.
Audit and certification work
KSV is not a firm of Chartered Accountants. Where the law requires a statutory audit, tax audit or certificate signed by a practising Chartered Accountant, it is signed by our associated CA firm, and KSV prepares the books and working papers.
