KSV Accounting & Taxation Consultants is a private consultancy. This website is not a government website and is not affiliated with the GST Council, GSTN, CBIC, the Income Tax Department, MCA, DGFT, FSSAI or any other authority. Government services are available directly on the official portals.

Engagement
A service begins when we confirm the scope and fee in writing (WhatsApp or email) and receive the agreed payment. Fees are exclusive of GST and of any government fees.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide, for approving returns before filing, and for paying taxes by the due dates.
Approvals by authorities
Registrations, licences, refunds and orders are granted by the relevant authority. We prepare and file applications carefully and follow up, but the decision and timing rest with the authority.
Limitation
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the professional fee paid for that engagement.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law, and courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
