This policy explains how KSV Accounting & Taxation Consultants ("KSV", "we") handles personal data shared with us through this website and our other channels, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: name, mobile number, the service you need, business type, turnover range, urgency and area.
- Technical data: the page you enquired from, the referring website and campaign tags, and standard logs kept by our hosting and analytics providers.
- Client documents: documents you share with us to deliver a service, such as PAN, Aadhaar, address proof and financial records.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and send you a quote.
- To deliver the services you engage us for, including filings on government portals.
- To keep records required by law and for our own accounts.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, using aggregated analytics.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our private lead register, which only KSV staff can access. Documents are shared only with the people who need them to deliver your service, and with government portals as part of the filing.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with government authorities as part of the work you engage us for, with our associated professionals where your work needs their certification, and with service providers who host our website, analytics and records.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as tax and other laws require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for further contact, by writing to kailash@ksvatc.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
The site uses analytics cookies to measure visits, if analytics is switched on. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
